Flora Ho (Anh Hoa Ho) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R710115). She is a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) in good standing and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Prior to working as an RCIC, Cindy has worked in the legal environment for a few years in Canada and she has experience handling cases of various immigration programs. She holds a graduate certificate of the Immigration law program from the University of British Columbia (Canada), a master's degree in Finance from Simon Fraser University (Canada), and a bachelor's degree in statistics from Guangdong University of Technology (China).

David is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R706755). He is a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) in good standing and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). She has over ten years of experience working for multinational corporations and educational institutions in Vietnam, the United States and Canada. Zane (Ze Shi) Li is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Victoria Faculty of Engineering. His research interests involve a broad spectrum of areas including requirements engineering, continuous software engineering, privacy, and software ecosystems. He is a leading expert in practical software problems in organizations. Zane is a co-founder of Scholarnet Inc., a startup in education and technology. At Kownia, Zane is the Chief Technology Officer. He also oversees start-up projects in technology.
